1. Agreement to Terms & Mandatory Direct Resolution By placing an order on Fasttfit.com, the customer agrees to all terms outlined below. In the event of any issue, defect, or shipping delay, the buyer agrees to contact our customer support team at info@fasttfit.com or via WhatsApp at +92 302 6155055 before initiating any credit card dispute or chargeback with their financial institution. Unexplained or fraudulent chargebacks without prior communication will be contested with full legal documentation, signed delivery receipts, and IP logs.

2. Made-to-Order & Custom Sizing Exclusions

  • All motorsport apparel, F1 jackets, karting suits, and BJJ gear are custom made-to-order according to buyer-selected specifications.

  • Due to the custom nature of production, orders cannot be returned or refunded for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection by the customer, or minor color variations.

  • Sizing Tolerance: A standard industry sizing variance of ±0.5 to 1 inch is considered acceptable and does not qualify as a product defect.

3. Defective Items & Merchant Error

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing error, the customer must report it within 48 hours of delivery confirmation with photo/video evidence.

  • Verified merchant errors will be resolved via a free replacement or shop credit.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production or pattern-cutting has begun (after 24 hours), cancellations are strictly not permitted.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Tracking Rights

  • All shipments are dispatched via tracked courier services (FedEx, DHL, UPS) with recorded Proof of Delivery (PoD) and GPS carrier confirmation.

  • Parcels marked as "Delivered" by the carrier with tracking numbers serve as conclusive proof of fulfillment. Fasttfit is not liable for stolen packages after confirmed carrier delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for destination customs duties, taxes, or local import fees. Refusal to pay customs duties does not entitle the buyer to a refund.
